Data Rights Request

Submit an access, correction, portability, or deletion request for personal data held by JobSite Compliance Group.

Who can use this form

Anyone whose personal data we process may submit a request — general contractors and their staff, subcontractors who uploaded a W-9 or certificate of insurance, and insurance agents named on a policy. You do not need an account.

JobSite Compliance Group is the controller for account and roster data. Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, is an independent controller for payment data; billing-related requests may need to be raised with Paddle as described in our Privacy Policy.

Use the address associated with your records so we can verify you.

We provide the personal data we hold about you, its sources, purposes, and who it has been shared with.

We use this information only to process your request.

What happens next

We acknowledge every request and respond within 30 days. If a request is complex we may extend by a further 60 days and will tell you why. We may ask for reasonable proof of identity before releasing or erasing data.

Requests are free. We may decline manifestly unfounded or repetitive requests and will explain our reasoning if we do.

Limits on deletion

Certificates of insurance, W-9s, and the related audit trail may be retained where a general contractor has a legal or contractual obligation to keep proof of compliance, or where we must retain records for tax, insurance, or dispute purposes. In those cases we restrict processing instead of erasing, and we tell you which records were kept and why.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Residents of the EU/UK may contact their national supervisory authority; California residents may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
