Terms of Service

This agreement is between JobSite Compliance Group ("we", "us", the "Company"), which operates this service under the trading name "Compliance Desk", and the General Contractor or organization that registers an account ("you"). You are contracting with JobSite Compliance Group. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for the security of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be authorized to bind your organization to these Terms, or be of legal age if contracting as an individual.

Access is sold as a recurring monthly subscription priced by subcontractor roster size. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time from your billing page. If your roster grows past your tier limit, you can upgrade in-app; upgrades are pro-rated and downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Failed or past-due payments place your workspace into read-only mode until the balance is settled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, applicable taxes, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy and are handled by Paddle at paddle.net.

You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse, unlawful activity, or attempts to compromise platform security. Following termination, you may request an export of your compliance records for thirty (30) days, after which stored data may be deleted.

You agree not to upload malicious files, attempt to access another tenant's data, reverse engineer the platform, resell access without authorization, or use the service to collect documents from parties who have not consented to share them.

JobSite Compliance Group provides administrative document tracking and organization tools only. We do not provide formal legal, insurance, or regulatory advice, nor do we officially verify or guarantee the validity, adequacy, or licensing of insurance policies. General Contractors remain solely responsible for verifying policy validity with licensed insurance agents and ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobSite Compliance Group is not liable for any workplace accidents, injuries, regulatory fines, penalties, uninsurable or uninsured losses, contract disputes, project delays or shutdowns arising from lapsed, invalid, fraudulent or misreported subcontractor policies, from automated reminders or OCR extractions that are delayed, missed or inaccurate, or from system downtime or data unavailability.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, even if advised of their possibility.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless JobSite Compliance Group, its officers, employees and contractors from and against any claims, lawsuits, demands, damages, fines, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by your subcontractors, clients, insurers, regulators or any third party and arising out of or related to your management or non-management of your compliance roster, your reliance on platform data, your uploaded documents, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may modify features, tiers or these Terms; material changes will be communicated to the account email on file, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which JobSite Compliance Group is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
