Pricing
You are paying for a staffed-desk replacement: a private vault for every subcontractor's insurance paperwork, a secure upload link for each sub and their agent, automatic renewal chasing, and an audit trail you can hand to an owner or inspector. Every tier includes all of it — the only difference is how many subcontractors you track.
1. Build your roster
Add subcontractors one at a time or import your whole list from a CSV or pasted spreadsheet. Each record holds the trade, your contact, and their insurance agent.
2. Send the upload link
Yes — every subcontractor gets their own secure upload link the moment you add them. You copy or email it from their record. They and their agent open it with no account, no password, and drop in the COI, W-9 or Workers' Comp certificate.
3. We read and file the documents
Uploads land in your private vault. The system reads the carrier, coverage limits and expiration date off the certificate, and flags anything it isn't confident about for your review before you approve it.
4. Renewals chase themselves
Compliance lights flip amber and red as dates approach, the expiration calendar shows the whole roster, and reminder notices go to the sub and their agent at 30, 14 and 7 days before a policy lapses.
Tier 2 is selected by default — it fits most general contractors. Pick the row that matches your roster; you can change tiers later at any time.

Unlimited documents, unlimited upload links, unlimited reminder notices. No setup fee, no per-document charge, no contract.
Do my subcontractors need to pay or create accounts?
No. Only you subscribe. Subs and their insurance agents use a private upload link that expires — they never log in and are never charged.
What counts toward my tier?
Active subcontractors on your roster. Documents, uploads, reminder emails and users are unlimited on every tier — the price only changes with roster size.
What happens if my roster outgrows my tier?
Nothing breaks. Your billing page shows your current count and flags when the next tier fits better; you switch plans in a couple of clicks and the change is pro-rated.
What am I charged and when?
A flat monthly rate, charged on the same day each month. No setup fee, no per-document fee, no contract. Cancel any time from the Billing page and you keep access through the period you already paid for.
Is this insurance or legal advice?
No. Compliance Desk tracks and organizes documents your subcontractors provide. It does not verify coverage with carriers or give insurance or legal advice — see our disclaimers below.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Your subscription activates the GC portal immediately after payment; invoices, payment methods, plan changes and cancellation are managed from the Billing page inside the portal.
